1 / What types of events do you cater?
We service a variety of events, including but not limited to special occasions, milestone celebrations, private parties, corporate, and charity events.
2 / Do you provide the alcohol?
No, there's no liquor license for mobile bartending services for private events in Michigan.
Therefore, Cindy’s mobile bar does not provide, sell, or accept payment for any alcohol. Alcohol must be purchased separately by you, the client, your venue or provided by caterers.
However, we're happy to coordinate shopping lists and transactions between third party services to help make your planning a smooth process.

3 / Do you offer bartending services without the trailer?
Yes, we are happy to announce that we'll be offering bartending services with or without trailer rental, year round.
4 /Is there a minimum rental period for the mobile bar trailer?
Yes, Cindy has a 4 hour minimum booking period.
5/ What are the dimensions and setup requirements for cindy?
Cindy measures up at 7' x 9' and requires 8' x 10' clearance for entry.

She also requires a 120V outlet for power. If there aren't electrical outlets available at your event, no worries, we have a generator available to add-on.

7/ How Far in advance should I book Cindy's Mobile Bar?
The ideal timing to book for your party can vary depending on the specific date of your event. We always want to you to consider popular dates, peak season, and off peak season, when deciding on when to book. Two other important factors to consider when deciding on a date is customization and add-on availability.

With all that in consideration, we advise booking 1 to 3 months in advance.
8 / Are Bartenders included with booking Cindy's Mobile Bar Trailer?
Yes, TIPS certified bartenders are included when booking the trailer.
9 / Do you provide all necessary equipment and ingredients for complete beverage service?
Yes we provide all necessary bar tools for service along with drinkware, ice mixers, and garnishes.
10 / What are your drink menu options?
We have 3 menu options to choose from along with custom options.
11 / What if it rains?
In the event of rain, Cindy's Mobile Bar is happy to offer rain awnings to protect you and your guests.
12 / What is your cancellation policy?
Cancellations are permitted up to 7 days after booking for a full refund of all payments made, all other request for cancellation must be made in writing and acknowledged by Cindy's Mobile Bar, LLC.
